Accuride Cuyahoga Falls Environmental Policy

Accuride's Cuyahoga Falls Facility is committed to conducting operations in an environmentally responsible manner to support our employees, customers, stakeholders, community and environment. Additionally, we are committed to conducting business in accordance with applicable government regulations and company requirements.

We will carry out pollution prevention programs to minimize waste in our operations and will endeavor to protect the quality of our environment by reducing or eliminating hazardous substances from our activities and operations.

We will utilize a comprehensive audit and management review process in order to continually evaluate and improve our Environmental Management System to minimize any environmental impacts of our activities, products and processes. Proposed process changes will be evaluated for improved environmental performance. We will incorporate continuous improvement of our EMS in the planning and execution of our company's business.

We will communicate our Environmental Policy to our customers, employees and the public; and, we will require our employees, contractors and suppliers to perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with this Environmental Policy.
