Accuride Erie Environmental Policy

Accuride's Erie Facility is committed to conducting operations in an environmentally responsible manner to support our employees, customers, stakeholders, community and environment. Additionally, we are committed to conducting business in accordance with applicable government regulations and other requirements.

We will carry out pollution prevention programs to minimize waste in our operations; and will maintain an Emergency Response and Contingency Plan to protect our employees, property and neighboring community.

We will utilize a comprehensive audit and management review process in order to continually evaluate and improve our Environmental Management System to minimize any environmental impacts of our activities, products and processes. As part of the audit and management review process, we will establish and review environmental objectives and targets. Proposed process changes will be evaluated for improved environmental performance. We will incorporate continuous improvement of our EMS in the planning and execution of our company's business.

We will communicate our Environmental Policy to our customers, employees and the public; and, we will require our employees, contractors and suppliers to perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with this Environmental Policy.
